We are actively seeking experienced professionals in the wealth and retirement domain with expertise in knowledge transition to join our team as a Training Leader/Manager. This role requires immediate joining and is based in Pune or Bangalore. The position involves working in a hybrid model with US shifts and is a client-facing role.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees in the wealth and retirement domain.
2. Design training approach, sessions, workshops, and presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create relevant training materials.
4. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
5. Lead a team of trainers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the wealth and retirement domain.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.
