A. Position Summary :
The objective of this role to bring efficiency and alignment of business units of our current pre-process & process training team, and convert this into Talent Transformation Business Unit (TTBU) at an Enterprise level. Success metrics and deliverables will include:
1. Create a proactive enterprise Pre-process & process training capability under TTBU across the enterprise with high training throughput
2. Create a sustainable training bench for the enterprise and supply talent to all business units within pre-planned TAT to avoid revenue leakage
B. Pre-requisite for the role :
Essential Qualification and Work Experience :
1. Graduate/PG
2. 14 + years of experience in delivering and managing training function in a BPM environment in the TELECOM domain
3. Exposure to implementing effective training programs in a classroom and virtual environment
4. Has experience in identifying and mapping future key skill requirements for training proactively
5. Managed mass performance assessments and improvement enabled by technology / process
6. Certification in Training Delivery / Content Development / Knowledge Management
Technical/Soft Skills :
1. Content Creation and Management
2. Planning and scheduling
3. Training Need Analysis
4. People Management skills
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficiency in MS office and leading training software
Preferred work experience & Qualification :
1. MBA or equivalent degree

C. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned) :
1. Proactively Identify process training needs basis stakeholders requirement
2. Proactively Analyze resource forecast on timely basis with business and transition team
3. Plan and implement TTBU process training basis organization growth plans and goals
4. Evaluate process training programs and support training function wherever required
5. Monitor training performance and take necessary corrective action involving all stakeholders
6. Assess capability gaps, devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps
7. Track and report employee success and progress
8. End to end business training governance and seek leadership support if needed
9. Build strong TTBU process training model and team to delivery to organization needs
10. Evaluate process trainers and up skill the training team to meet organization needs
11. Prepare and monitor TTBU budget for process training programs and workshops
12. Strong analytical skills, logic, reasoning skills and interpretation to resolve problems
13. Maintain good rapport with clients and stakeholders with regular communication
14. Risk management identify, assess and address risks involved
15. Manage TTBU process training metrics for regular report outs
16. Reporting the performance of TTBU process training function to leadership team
17. Seamless and proactive delivery of pre-trained talent to the BUs
18. Seek continuous feedback from BUs
