Purpose of the Job:

- Responsible for identifying, creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of employees. Sets performance metrics, evaluates training programmes and helps build a service culture that is in line with the Brand experience to all consumers (internal\external)

KPI:

- Number of training programs conducted during a month

- Training methods \ tools used to conduct training programs

- Effectiveness and Feedback from past training programs

- Mystery customer ratings

Duties:

- To undertake all training of frontline sales staff that come in to contact with customers in order to promote and maintain a high standard of customer service

- To promote and upkeep the service standards at all times in all Sales counters

- Produce strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.

- Ensure all training activities conform with relevant set standards of the brands

- To train and develop staff of key retail partners and dealers who associate with the brand in order to maintain a level of consistency in terms of service and brand experience either in Whole sale or other value formats where appropriate

- Identifying training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers

- Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual

- Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, New product development as well as marketing

- Developing effective induction programmes, conduct and evaluate.

- Devising individual learning plans

- Producing training materials for in-house courses

- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organisation

- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires, on the job observations and discussions with managers

- Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met

- Evaluating training and development programmes

- Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the market and work environment

- Helping line managers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups

- Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
