Requirement:
- Organize & manage classroom & online training programs.
- Conduct Process Training, Soft Skills sessions & induction programs
- Drive performance management during training programs
- Plan and conduct pre & post training engagement through technology & zoom sessions
- Publish daily/weekly/fortnightly training reports.
- Execute day-to-day training coordination
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills required. - Should have strong implementation skills, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.
Education Qualification - Graduate / MBA
