- Develop, execute, and improve the effectiveness of communication templates for various customer interactions.
- Essential skills: writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing, and verbal presentation of concepts.
- Conduct refresher training based on Training Needs Identification (TNI).
- Conduct ongoing observations of relationship managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance improvement support.
- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with zonal teams to identify communication skill gaps.
- Strong understanding of current digital tools to enhance frontline productivity or efficacy.
- Effectively communicate and train zonal teams on improving customer communications.
