Job Description for Trainer
He/She would be responsible for :
- To train Academics/Corporate Professionals in the area of soft skills, life skills as specified by the organization.
- To create customized contents,modules,proposals,work sheets and assessments.
- Manage the design,delivery and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tool,and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Create high quality deliverables within project budget and policy deadlines.
- Manage training budget effectively, if applicable.
- To conduct and Evaluate assessments.
- To generate training reports.
- Should be willing to travel extensively across the country.
- Excellent Communication skills.
Salary range - 6-7 LPA
