Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Trainer to join our team. The Bench Sales Trainer will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the skills of our bench sales team members. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT consulting and staffing industry, particularly in the context of bench sales, and possess exceptional training and coaching abilities. The primary responsibility of the Bench Sales Trainer will be to design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on best practices, industry trends, negotiation techniques, client management, and effective bench management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of bench sales team members. Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives.
- Delivery of Training: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions & workshops for bench sales team members in-person to impart knowledge and foster skill development in bench sales processes, client relationship management, negotiation strategies, and effective communication.
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics. Continuously refine and improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and results.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the IT consulting and staffing industry, particularly in bench sales. Incorporate relevant updates into training curriculum to ensure that bench sales team members are equipped with the most current knowledge and skills.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching & support to bench sales team members to reinforce learning, address challenges, and promote continuous improvement in their performance & results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience 10+ working experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on bench sales.
- Prior experience in training and development, with demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse teams and individuals.
- Proficiency in relevant tools, techniques and platforms used in bench sales and client relationship management.
