In many cases the businesses are not trading businesses and require new IT.  The new IT includes many aspects of traditional ERP, including sales and marketing, inventory, goods and services management, reporting tools, and so on.  To address the requirement to build out the ERP Trafigura is growing a shared services group to provide non-trading IT services to the businesses that require IT.  The successful candidate will join the solution architecture team and be involved into projects key to the development of one or more of Trafigura's - asset divisions- .  The successful candidate will join Trafigura at an exciting time and have the opportunity to be part of the architecture authority team.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  - MBA in finance or CA or with relevant finance / accountancy experience  - 8+ years in IT project delivery with technology experience  - Hands-on with MS excel is a must  - IT Implementation or deployment exposure would be good  - Good communication and presentation skills  Key Responsibilities   - Will support CIO, IT Leads and PMO for budget control, accrual submission and forecasting for all affiliates  - Manage Asset IT AP, accruals, reconciliation. Financial analysis and reporting  - Responsible for month / year-end accruals for Division / overall Asset IT  - Working with Accounts Payable team to coordinate smooth functioning of allocation, CAPEX, depreciation, cross-charging and break out CAPEX-as-OPEX x-charge  - Work on presentation to C-level and IT leads for status reports or financial assessments or reports  Key Relationships   - Asset IT leads, PMs, CIOs, AP team (GCM, Puma etc.), IT financial control and PMO team.  Competencies  - Understand IT delivery processes and operations (On/Off-boarding, vendor management, Billing, budget - forecasting and reporting)
