- In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by directly engaging with agro commodities exporters within your designated territory.
- Your primary objective will be to introduce Tradologie.com's unique platform, understand the exporters' current business practices, and demonstrate how our platform can help them secure buyers globally with minimal effort and cost.
- This role involves building relationships, providing valuable insights into the advantages of using Tradologie.com, and driving subscription sales.
Key Responsibilities:.
Market Research and Outreach:.
- Identify and target potential agro commodities exporters in your territory.
- Conduct in-depth research on the exporters' current business operations, products, and export destinations.
Engagement and Relationship Building:.
- Meet with exporters to introduce yourself and Tradologie.com.
- Understand their current methods of reaching out to buyers, including exhibitions, lead-based platforms, emails, calls, and international visits.
Solution Selling:.
- Present Tradologie.com as a cost-effective, resource-efficient solution for acquiring buyers globally.
- Highlight how the platform eliminates the need for costly exhibitions, international visits, and lead-based subscriptions.
- Pitch the benefits of subscribing to Tradologie.com, emphasizing the ease of use, global reach, and success fee structure.
Negotiation and Closing:.
- Address any concerns or objections from potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close the sale by securing subscriptions and agreeing on the success fee.
Reporting and Feedback:.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with exporters.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends, challenges faced, and potential improvements in the sales process.
Daily KRAs (Key Result Areas).
Prospecting and Lead Generation:.
- Identify and contact a specific number of new exporters daily within your territory.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Client Engagement:.
- Engage with exporters to gather insights on their business practices and needs.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Product Presentation:.
- Conduct comprehensive presentations of Tradologie.com's platform and services.
- Demonstrate how Tradologie.com can streamline their business processes and reduce costs.
Sales Conversion:.
- Convert leads into paying subscribers.
- Successfully close a minimum number of deals per month.
Documentation and Reporting:.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B Subscriptions sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in the B2B industry.
