Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Training Manager at Tradologie.
- The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing sales training programs, conducting training sessions, providing coaching to sales teams, and enhancing communication strategies within the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Sales Training, Training & Development, and Coaching skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor sales teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in sales or sales training is a plus.
- Certification in Training or Sales Management is desirable.
