Role - Head Of Operations.

Location - Sector 62 Noida.

Notice period - Immediate Joiner.

- Effective management of supplier relationships to ensure timely and competitive responses to buyer inquiries.

- Coordination with the sales team to share buyer requirements and provide feedback to suppliers.

- Facilitate communication between suppliers and sales team regarding order status, documentation, and trade facilitation.

- Ensure accurate and updated quotations from suppliers are available for each buyer inquiry.

- Regularly update quotation database with new rates and revisions from suppliers.

- Coordinate with Supplier Relationship Management team to ensure alignment between quoted rates and buyer requirements.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of international suppliers, including contact details and business information.

- Regularly update the database with new supplier information obtained through outreach efforts.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular verification and validation processes.

- Conduct outreach activities to introduce Tradologie to potential international suppliers and highlight the benefits of association.

- Initiate and facilitate the onboarding process for engaged international suppliers, including documentation and platform training.

- Coordinate with Supplier Relationship Management team to ensure seamless communication between suppliers and sales team during the onboarding process
