Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and execute the Human Resources policies in line with the company ethos.
- Monitor the plan and provide status updates on HR metrics.
- Lead initiatives to build and promote a strong culture focused on performance and quality with a view to improving engagement, building morale and developing strong employee bond with the company and its goals.
- Develop HR branding to attract high caliber talent.
- Drive the Talent recruitment processes to deliver quality resources in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead the HR Team and build organizational effectiveness.
- Curate the HRMS to meet the company goals and objectives and provide best practice solutions to the employees of - the company.
- Manage the compensation and benefits planning program.
- Develop the company performance measurement and management system to help the workforce align with company objectives.
- Identify and highlight organizational gaps and work with the management team to find solutions for the foreseeable future.
- Ensure compliance with required regional labor laws and regulatory requirements.
