- You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning.
Job Description:
- You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results.
- Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.
- Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.
- Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.
- Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers.
- Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.
Skill Set:
- You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning skills; good team player.
