Role - Business Development
- An ideal candidate will be from ed-tech space with 1 to 3 years of experience in areas of sales, business development or operations with excellent communication and presentation skills.
The person will be working directly with the founder and assisting in developing the business from scratch. This will include :
- Identifying the potential target market segment
- Designing and implementing online and offline marketing strategy
- Consultative sales approach to potential clients
- Managing company's social media presence and ensuring high levels of engagement activities
What's on offer: Basic salary + Performance based annual bonus + ESOPs up to 1.5%
