TradeSmart - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

1. Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements (both, functional and non-functional)

2. Create clear and concise specifications to accurately reflect the requirements of our products, capturing new features and enhancements to existing features and workflows.

3. Documenting detailed information as required in a manner which is easy to understand by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Development Team.

4. Produce mock-ups and wireframes for review with internal and external stakeholders along with Product Design team.

5. Contribute to agreement and sign-off of user stories/specifications with the SMEs.

6. Respond to queries from Development and QA teams

7. Liaise with the Product Owner/Manager to ensure requirements are in line with the product strategy.

8. Learn and understand the business contexts, processes and protocols that our systems support and deliver for our customers.

9. Conduct SME and User Interviews to understand User behavior and User journey and respond to feedback.

10. Deliver demonstrations and showcases to customers as required.

11. Work closely with developers, architects, other business analysts, and the customer success team to define the direction, approach and requirements to project manage design and development.
