Job Purpose: Independently manage sourcing of Beans/Pulses/Sesame & Oil Seeds from Canada for import into India/East Asia

Function: Sourcing

Level/ Band: L2

- Managing Agri business sourcing in Canada

- Managing exports of ~2500Mt Tonne of Cargo per month

- Liaisoning with CHA for export permit + clearance + logistics + storage of export cargoes

- Liasoning with warehouse for proper storage of cargoes & timely fumigations required

- Work with Local Brokers for sale of cargoes from Canada under guidance of TIL- Myanmar. Liaise / follow up with brokers for sales / delivery / payments

- Maintaining MIS for entire Canada Agro operations

- Assist in complying with all requirements as per Canada Laws for Agro trade.

- Business development - new products/new supplier segments in Canada

- Gathering & maintaining market intelligence
