Responsibilities:
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training.
- Design and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine target audience and messaging, ensuring alignment on campaigns.
- Utilize CRM tools to track lead progress, gather insights, and generate reports on team performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
