What you will be doing:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

- Oversee the development of digital, content, and product marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including sales, product, tech to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.

- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

- Set KPIs and manage marketing budgets. Regularly analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report results to the executive team.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC etc.) to maximize reach and ROI. Use analytics tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed

Desired Profile:

- 9- 12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3- 5 years in a leadership role within a startup or fast- growing company.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

- Well versed with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
