What you will be doing here:
1. Create a messaging strategy for our customers on the basis of their goals and challenges
2. Translate the messaging strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers.
3. Carry out demand generation activities via email, social media, SEO, paid ads and other organic/ inorganic channels.
4. Work with sales teams to develop and execute our GTM strategy for every geography and industry vertical.
5. Own the content calendar to scale messaging and support ongoing lead-gen programs.
6. Support inside sales teams with messaging, content and collateral to differentiate our products and convert prospects into customers.
7. Understand the competition and help sales team differentiate our product offerings with messaging, battle cards, and training material.
8. Manage and enable the company's brand building and PR activities.
9. Develop a strong understanding of the global trade and supply chain ecosystem, areas for value creation, and different market components.
10. Work seamlessly with Sales to optimize opportunity conversion.
11. Build, inspire, and grow a high-performing team.
Technical Skills Required:
- 7-10+ years of marketing experience
- Prior experience with an early to mid-stage SaaS company
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines including SEM, PPC, SEO, Email
- Marketing, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Product Marketing, marketing technology, data infrastructure, and analytics/reporting.
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to lead through influence. Highly analytical nature, with an ability to roll up sleeves and "go deep" as needed to improve performance and outcomes.
- Proven track record of building, developing, and elevating a high-performing team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
