What you will be doing here:
1. Take ownership of scaling Trademo's business with Global Supply Chain Participants in the APAC region
2. Build a strong team SaaS enthusiasts, B2B Sales executives, retain good talent and encourage good sales work culture
3. Lead the consultative high performing sales team to help them achieve their Quarterly and Annual quotas
4. Drive customer reference and continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures
5. Oversight of annual sales plans, strategies and sales teams
6. Strategize sales and market inputs in the product roadmap of the company to gain market share
Lead strategic higher value deals
7. Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering Customer Success
8. Build strong relationships with customers and referral business
Technical Skills Required:
- 7-10+ years of International SaaS Sales experience with 5+ years of sales team management experience
- Experience in working for the SaaS, PaaS or Cloud companies
- Built and led a team of at least 10+ Account Executives/Managers
- Prior experience in scaling SaaS business in APAC region would be preferred
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Global Trade Management, Logistics SaaS products would be preferred
- Well trained in one of the sales processes like MEDDIC, Challenger etc
- Deep love for technology
- Experience in driving sales growth and strategy with early stage SaaS startups
- Experience in building at least USD 3 million or more in ARR
- Excellent interpersonal skills to strike a connect with diverse people across the globe
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed with a passion to succeed
- Strong Experience of integrating tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc in Sales process.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
