Role : Associate Director of Marketing

Location : Gurgaon

What you will be doing here :

- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Marketing. As the Associate Director of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand, driving customer acquisition, and developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.


- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in creating brand awareness, driving inbound business, and implementing innovative marketing campaigns.

Note: Must have b2b SaaS product company experience

Experience in global supply chain industry would be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.

- Create and manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the value proposition of our SaaS products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive customer engagement.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content assets, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics, to drive thought leadership and generate leads.

- Implement and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, advertising, social media advertising, and conversion rate optimization.

- Monitor marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content marketing, brand development, and inbound business.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior.

- Expertise in creating and managing brand identity and messaging across various channels.

- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including, SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media advertising, and conversion rate optimization.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.

- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
