What will you be doing here?
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (e email, content marketing, social media etc).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline.
- Create and manage product launch strategies, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices in demand generation and product marketing.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving successful demand generation and product marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
