What you will be doing here:
1. Position the value of Trademo's products to international businesses
2. Source new customers through networking and cold calls
3. Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how Trademo can
help them establish, grow and streamline their global trade
4. Manage a pipeline of leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
5. Hunt and close aggressively while owning the sales cycle
6. Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Trademo's products can be a strategic investment for their business' growth
7. Close business with new customers at or above quota level
8. Partner with marketing and engineering departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
9. Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
10. Be the voice of the customer; understand their needs and make them champions
11. Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in the CRM
12. Be available for phone calls and meetings with customers and team members in other time zones
13. Be the sales specialist to interact via phone and email
Skills Required:
1. 1-5 years of inside sales experience in international markets especially US
2. Recent graduates from Premier Institutions would be accepted.
3. Must have a proven track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota and increased profitability in the software industry.
4. Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation activities
5. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to multi-task a high volume of opportunities at all times
6. Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
7. Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients by building personal credibility and solid trust
