- To provide business analysis expertise; to elaborate and document the business deliverables for Traded Credit Risk.
- To support Traded Credit Risk projects and the review of the strategic requirements of the Traded Credit Risk infrastructure.
- Where applicable to act as a Test Manager during user acceptance testing of various components - driving the test strategy, planning and preparation for user acceptance testing.
- Potential support of project management responsibilities from time to time.
- The candidate will be required, on occasions, to investigate data problems in relation to trade and static data feeds.
- The Traded Credit Risk Change Programme is a major programme and aims to introduce a global, common operating model underpinned by a common, global systems infrastructure.
- Liaise with regional teams to understand regional business requirements. Validate regional requirements and ensure truly global requirements developed with input and buy-in from all global teams.
- Help develop and maintain global solutions and global operating model. Work with the regional teams to help ensure that the global solutions are implemented and used in a common and consistent manner. (Highlighting and challenging any regional differences)
- Analysis, gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Investigation of data problems within the Traded Credit Risk components, trade and static data feeds.
- Business process analysis and documentation including providing process improvement recommendations. Workflow design, including process modelling, and documentation.
- Collection of project level information to feed into project level reporting.
- Act as interface between business and Risk Software Delivery (SWD) in communicating requirements and validating of External Design Reports (Functional/Technical specifications) produced in response to requirements.
- Design of test strategy including preparing test cases for Unit, Component and User Acceptance Testing. Management or involvement in the execution of unit and component tests in conjunction with SWD. Coordination of User Acceptance test cycles, documentation of results, issue tracking and other activities required to successfully exit UAT.
- Control and manage working-groups and project documentation related to functional and technical workgroups.
- Support the Project Manager and from time to time take responsibility to:
Ensure that business and IT resources are co-ordinated during project life cycles;
Review, report, resolve, mitigate and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate;
Co-ordinate regular working group meetings and contribute to Project Steering Committee meetings, providing minutes and actions where appropriate;
