Experience Required: Atleast 6 years of SME / Enterprise Sales experience
Scope and Purpose of the Job:-
An Enterprise Sales Specialist works to improve the organizations market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the driving revenue of IPOS One and TradeBoox Solutions for an assigned market sector.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Work with assigned accounts to provide our Retail Technology solutions, develop new business, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Review the current assets with Clients and identify area for optimizations, create and present a value proposition to the clients.
- Act as a primary contact for assigned customers and liaise with internal technical/non-technical teams as required to facilitate and support the generation of revenue through the assigned customer base.
- Provide existing and potential customers with sales proposals, marketing literature and up-to-date solutions and services in a clear, concise, comprehensive and timely manner.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Identify and coordinate any technical assistance to facilitate the requirements for customer base.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new retails solutions and services.
- Identify opportunities for products and services that will lead to an increase in sales volume.
Skills and Experience Required:-
- University Degree in the field of Computer Science / Business Studies. A Masters degree in Sales and Marketing is a plus.
- At least 6 years of experience in Software, CRM, ERP or Retail Technology solutions Sales with an excellent network with Retail and large enterprises.
- Strong Business Acumen and ability to have a trust based relationship with CXOs.
- Experience of working in a fast moving, complex, dynamic and technical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends and should be apt in identifying Customers challenges and needs.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high level of activities in the assigned territory.
- Strong communication skills including ability to make presentations to groups of any size.
- An absolute go getter with a hunter mindset, sense of urgency and never say die attitude
