Trade Support Analyst - Quant Desk

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Trade Analyst - Quantitative Desk.

JD :

- Handling trader requests and inquiries, gathering information on issues, finding root causes

- Deploying solutions to trader issues, either directly or by coaching traders through self-service options

- Keeping track of trader demands and issues, and providing suggestions for future improvements

- Attending and contributing to weekly and monthly meetings

- Developing new solutions or modifying existing ones to address future concerns

- Scaling infrastructure and improving the efficiency of deployed systems and trading tools

- Coordinating with vendors, exchanges, and external organizations as needed

Required Skill Set :

- Proficiency in one language (e.g. Python, Golang, C++ etc.)

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Working knowledge of networks and network programming or a desire to learn more

- Basic programming and shell command skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of docke, kubernetes will be advantageous

Desired Skill Set :

- A basic understanding of capital markets is desirable but not required.

- Understanding of how trading exchange data/protocols function.

- Familiarity with multi-threaded programming
