Manager - Risk Participation & Trade Products

- Work with the International FI team, to design and offer trade product suite to clients / financial institutions.

- Knowledge of Trade Asset Distribution involving funded purchase and sale of trade assets under Master Risk Participation Agreement (MRPA) from FI relationship.

- Engage with financial institutions & source business to achieve set income targets

- Responsible for P&L of trade product portfolio - forfeiting, Reimbursement financing, trade loan financing, risk participation & others as assigned by the management

- Collaboration with internal stakeholders - legal, compliance, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, technology, branches and others to offer trade products services

- Regular update & publish of MIS to the top management

- Evaluate key technology and operation partners for best trade product offerings.

- Device procedures & controls to manage operational, commercial, legal, reputational and settlement risk.

- Prepare & regular review of product / process notes.
