Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly trade marketing plans for Ethnic Channels. This includes support of proposition launch with POS collateral, events & promotions as well as corridor-specific activities
- Control ethnic channel SAC budget & expenses and validate ROI
- Manage and monitor retail commission
- Lead and drive retailer loyalty programme building on existing platform – includes creating regular retailer communications, devising new promotions, gathering MI and briefing sales teams.
- Solid experience in the retail and/or telecoms industry, in a similar marketing communications role
- Experience of working with creative studio
- Proactive and Creative, with experience of working with Sales and capable of anticipating their needs
- Very good planning skills and well-versed in working with tight schedules
- Very effective communicator at all levels of the organisation
- A customer champion with drive and passion to win Experience:
- Proven experience in direct Field Sales, ideally in the Ethnic telecom industry and in a multi- cultural environment.
- Proven experience in team leading.
- Should be from Top MBA Institutes only.
