This position ensures that Customer/Trade plans are developed and executed pan India by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. Understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for the organization and it's customers.
1. Plan and execute Distribution and volumes for all categories end to end- Work with Sales and Marketing to close Distribution plans for all categories, RTM planning and tracking implementation with close coordination with Regional Heads
2. Plan and own Customer marketing activities via BTL for Trade channel- Design Trade activations and Promotions to drive category ambitions, Run BTL basis classification of stores, Design Segmentation based store strategy, Ensure all activities meet ROI standards
3. Own 100% Trade Marketing Budgets for BTL /Meets /Promos
For BTLs/Meets / Promo designing, ROI management of all investments, Create and implement promotional campaigns, trade incentives, and joint marketing initiatives with trade partners to drive sales and increase brand exposure, Preparing Calendarized view of all Input supports for driving volumes and distribution
4. Drive NPDs by perfect Execution in markets- NPI Volume, Distribution and offtake tracking, Working with Marketing team on Planning before media break, Creating Awareness for Retailers / Sales Teams / Consumers via Tech before launch
5. Competition mapping- Benchmark Competition to roll out right fit BTL plans for the channels, Competition Tracking (BTL , Product, Pricing, Promotions, Placement)
6. Design, rollout and execute loyalty programs for channel partners & customers
7. Working closely with all the key stake holders i.e. Marketing, Finance, Supply chain, Sales admin
8. Ensuring Customer Management and Sales team are supplied for user-friendly guidelines for management and execution of promotions/activation planned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Overall experience of 6+ years with trade marketing/ customer marketing experience
- Having a future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plans
- Developing and delivering plans, measuring, and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
- Business planning and how to maximize revenue growth
- Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
- Analytical skills and business acumen
