ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Lead, drive & deliver the Trade Marketing strategy
- Develop & maintain key processes & disciplines to ensure required targets are achieved
- Work in partnership with divisional sales team to deliver volume and profit generation for an assigned customer / group of customers
- Responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and optimizing all Market Programs, POC and In-Market Connection activities in the most effective way so as to deliver planned volume, brand distribution and NR
- Optimize the available resources (Budget & People) striving for NR and ROIC improvements at POC level
- Create and manage the POC identification and CRM process, liaising with the Divisional Sales Directors to deliver the right brand in the right POC
- Benchmark against competition to confirm we are staying competitive in marketplace and bringing innovative solutions
- Support role in the negotiation of customer activation and category plans
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4-5 years of Sales experience
- Overall 8-10 years of sound experience in leading Trade Marketing in CPG/Beverages/FMCG industry
- Excellence in intercompany/cross department collaboration with proven track record
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellence in communication and relationship skills,
- Excellence in non-direct report and project leadership skills,
- Creative, analytical, constructive, passionate, resilient, optimistic, inspiring, target orientated, winning spirit
