Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead execution of marketing strategy and drive meaningful engagements to increase footfall and drive sales in stores (ex: activation, digital, hyperlocal marketing, alliances, events,), thereby achieving annual operating sales plan

- Execute and manage in-store communication changes including menu board, campaign launch, activation from time to time

- Conceptualize local-store marketing (LSM) programmes for focused stores and partner with store managers in execution

- Leverage analytics (internal sales data, campaign analysis) to track marketing effectiveness

- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with external partners (creative, digital and PR agencies), suppliers and production vendors.

Purpose of the Job:

- The role requires a talented and ambitious resource who has a real passion for marketing and delivering winning results.

- The role includes execution of brand strategy, activating new stores, launching new products and driving local store marketing.
