Key Deliverables of the Role:

- Develop, Implement & Track structured plans targeting top accounts across geographies

- Implement the country marketing strategy at channel and portfolio level

- Assist in Development & monitoring of Sales & BTL plans in a timely manner

- Execute & Monitor NPD launches and prepare periodic reports on all launches

- Extensive cross functional collaboration including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance teams

- Tracking competition & proactive action to implement counter measures.

- Regular reporting: Pricing & BTL spends

- Tracking competition & recommend actions to implement counter measures

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, with a track record of success working in Dubai & neighbouring countries.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internal & external

- Proven ability in promotion planning, BTL management & post implementation review of scheme effectiveness
