Trade Finance - Sales Support - Inv Bank

We are hiring for the role of Trade Finance - Sales Support for one of the leading investment banks in India.

Category : Mid-office

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing executive support to the sales department

- Creating Sales related MIS reports / Excel reports on a daily and monthly basis.

- Ensuring the resolution of discrepancies between project pipeline and ongoing projects through interaction with in-house sales desk.

- Providing monthly performance reviews using quality reporting.

- Ensuring smooth executions of key initiatives for trade finance.

- Responsible for streamlining the existing processes in time and effort parameters.

Expectations from Candidate:

- Intermediate to expert level VBA skills.

- Strong technical and quantitative academic background from a top tier economics or engineering school.

- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; prior experience with VBA and databases is a plus

- Expertise in MIS reporting (Sales related parameters)

- Rich experience and product knowledge about trade finance.

- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

- Superior analytical aptitude, problem solving abilities
