Job title - Trade Finance Manager

Location - Bangalore

Job purpose -

Supervises operations/service staff supporting the delivery of international trade services businesses, products and systems. Responsibilities include: hiring, training and coaching staff; participating in extensive problem solving; implementing processes to maximize efficiency of operations; assisting in determining feasibility of new products and services; managing special projects related to new product development, client needs or service improvements; and ensuring adherence of operations to all U.S. and foreign regulatory compliance procedures. Actively monitors workflows and productivity to ensure service level agreements for delivery and quality are met or exceeded.

Desired skills -

- Looking for 8 - 12 years of experience

- CDCS Certified professional

- Currently should be either tenured Assistant Manager or early manager

- Flexible with any shifts

- Demonstrated people management and interpersonal skills

- Strong ability to multi-task effectively and drive performance in a high complex environment
