Tracxn - Technical Program Manager - Product

About the Role:

As a Technical Program Manager at Tracxn, you will be part of our dynamic product team, working on projects that are central to our data production and product development initiatives. You will play a crucial role in managing and executing programs, solving complex problems, implementing and improving processes, and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Production Management:

- Lead the data production initiative, focusing on extracting and structuring data from various unstructured data sources using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Identify and extract various company data points, such as company name, founded year, location, customers, founder information, funding details, acquisitions, and IPOs, from different sources, and automatically populate this information into our databases

- Measure the accuracy of the output that is generated and build feedback loops to improve.

Project Execution and delivery

- Take complete ownership of the design and implementation processes for your program.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Identify gaps and areas for improvement, providing effective solutions.

- Break down solutions into actionable projects and tasks.

Monitor progress

- Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports

- Proactively monitor the progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with using APIs for data extraction and integration is a plus.

- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in data production.

- Familiarity with data production and data management

- High intent on getting things done with a technical bent of mind and a keen interest in technical projects.
