Job Description: We seek a proactive and self-driven individual to join our Marketing team, focused on managing PR-related operations. Your role will involve planning, executing, and tracking media engagements, supporting journalists with startup ecosystem insights, and continuously refining our media outreach processes to strengthen Tracxn's position as a leading source for startup data. Youll oversee and optimize processes end-to-end, ensuring seamless operations and implementing improvements. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of PR Initiatives: - Lead and oversee the strategic growth and operational excellence of the PR initiatives. - Work with internal stakeholders including different Business Units (BUs) to streamline the end-to-end execution of deliverables adhering to TATs. - Identify and solve any issues or concerns faced by the internal or external stakeholders. Coordinate across internal teams to ensure the resolution of those concerns. - You will be responsible for managing relationships with global media houses and ensuring our brand is promoted effectively. Process Implementation & Improvements: - Streamline existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and build visibility of the operations - Build required processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible - Prepare standard operating procedures (SOP) for the team - Evaluate the impact of these operations and implement initiatives to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting & Analytics: - Define and set up KPIs to monitor the health of the department. - Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports. - Provide regular reports to senior management on media coverage, impact of media engagements, etc. - Use data-driven insights to refine and improve media outreach campaigns. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor and manage the team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of media engagements for our media partners - Hire, train, and enable teams to ensure quality delivery Others: - Help with Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with the senior management in developing a comprehensive media relations strategy to enhance our companys reputation and visibility as the trusted source for startup data in media. Crisis Communication: Collaborate with senior management during any reputational challenges or crises, ensuring timely and accurate communication to the media. Key Requirements: Education: B.Tech or MBA from a top-tier institution Experience: 3+ years overall Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams.
