Tracxn - AVP - Business Finance

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join the Finance Team. You are expected to work on business processes/improve existing processes, perform analysis, define control systems and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and lead processes in finance department

- Streamline existing business processes by developing relevant MISes

- Identify the process bottlenecks and gaps to increase efficiency

- Reduce manual efforts by identify the automation opportunities

2. Financial Analysis/ Business Finance

- Set up automated Analytics dashboards

- Work with different departments to understand business process and capture the impact on financials and financial reporting

- Identify process gaps impacting financial reporting and implementing changes to address the issues

- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting

- Drive business insights through financial reporting

Requirements:

- Aptitude to work in Corporate Finance function

- 3 years + work experience in Problem solving roles (business finance/ financial analysis)

- Strong team player.

- A go-getter. High intent of getting things done.

- Strive for excellence. Strong commitment to improve things every day.

- Ability to make decisions based on sound logical arguments

- Exceptional problem solving skills. First principles person
