Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled product management professional who has a proven track record of owning, driving and delivering product roadmaps end to end. This person would be working closely with the Product Head to drive key projects, strategize and build consumer facing products from scratch.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding user behavior and needs, identify gaps and come up with ideas to enhance the user experience and drive growth.

- Translate product strategy/roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize tasks based on business, customer impact and resource availability

- Liaisoning among various stakeholders like business, marketing, content, design and technology for smooth execution.

- Track impact and trends corresponding to product changes that went live

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in product management (consumer facing products)

- BTech / MBA or equivalent from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges

- Have an eye for detail and good understanding of UI/UX

- Problem solver and analytical in approach - hands-on experience with tools like GA, SQL, Hotjar, Webengage, Clevertap, etc.

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Added advantage if the candidate has understanding of Rural India or Auto sector
