Role & responsibilities:
- Managing documentation of the new joiners.
- Managing HRIS software for all the existing employees.
- Helps in organisational internal & external communication.
- Managing the medical insurance for the employees.
- Maintaining the HR related dashboards.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Should possess good communication & excel skills.
- Should have experience into working for a startup
- Should open to work from office & work 5.5 days a week.
