Tractor Junction - Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To dig data from primary and secondary sources

- To clean the data and discard irrelevant information

- To perform data analysis and interpret results using standard statistical methodologies

- To highlight changing trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets

- To strategize process improvement

- To ensure clear data visualizations for management

- To design, create and maintain relevant and useful databases and data systems

- To prioritize tasks and solve code problems and other data-related issues

- To identify trends and make forecasts

- To create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations

- To produce and track key performance indicators

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fundamental knowledge in statistics and mathematics.

- Hands-on experience in advanced spreadsheet like MS Excel and Google sheets(Including DAX, PowerPivot, VBA and App scripting)

- Experience in any scripting language like Python, SQL, MongoDB and NOSQL DB

- Good data visualization skills using tools like Google data studio, Tableau, QlikView and Power BI.

- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager Reports
