Position: Head of Sales - North America
Experience: 8-15 years
Location: Hyderabad
As the Head of Sales, you will:
- Champion, mentor, and ignite a team of sales professionals to exceed sales goals across global markets.
- Harness your established ability to directly seal deals and propel sales conversions.
- Apply your expertise in strategic initiatives, including partnerships and events, to amplify our market presence during this 0 to 1 journey.
- Supervise and fine-tune the sales pipeline, continuously monitoring strides toward North American sales targets.
- Uncover and secure novel sales opportunities within the North American market, making significant contributions to revenue upswing.
- Provide comprehensive training and nurture professional growth among team members, fostering their development and triumphs.
- Serve as the company's envoy at prominent industry events and conferences spanning North America, establishing our presence from the ground up.
What We're Looking For:
- A full-time MBA program from a Tier 1 B School.
- Over 8 years of hands-on experience in global B2B SaaS sales, boasting a proven track record of accomplishments within North America; ideally, this experience has been cultivated within the dynamic realm of start-ups.
- Proficiency in executing tasks both independently and collaboratively within team settings.
- A track record that speaks of triumphant sales leadership, consistently raising the bar for individual and team achievements.
- Possession of strategic acumen and impeccable analytical prowess, enabling the effective navigation of sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a mastery in persuasively conveying ideas.
- A readiness to travel as required, nurturing key relationships and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for startup environments, actively contributing to their distinct energy and rapid pace.
