Immediate Opening for Total Rewards Specialist | Delhi | Bangalore
We will require someone,
- Who looks after strategies wrt compensation, benefits, and rewards. Just strategies on either of them will not be preferred.
- Those who have done market intelligence and salary survey on their own and not with help of vendors. If they work with Vendors we can give specifications like if they buy the data and do the further process on their own.
- Benefits administration & Rewards planning, they should have design benefits and rewards on their own
- This role will handle the internal employees so they wouldn't prefer Mercer, EY kind of consulting firms but large corporate would fit. We can give specifications on whats the headcount of employees they are handling for.
- Compensation - Basis + variable pay, This role will handle Europe & Asia employees acting as an important position in Pan India Team, so we will need to check what was the variable pay they have handled with other regions.
- Stakeholders we will need to check as this role will be an IC role reporting to Senior Lead HRBP
- HR generalist, HRBP, Comp & ben operations profiles will not be preferred.
