As Total Rewards Specialist, you will create and execute against People Experience initiatives and build mechanisms to help us scale our People-First Culture.
Successful candidates will have experience taking initiative, driving, building partnerships cross-functionally, are experienced internal communicators, and earn trust with employees. This person would be obsessed with iterative and continuous process improvement based on employee feedback.
Responsibilities :
- Help advise and promote our culture champions and execute on the overall strategy for our culture champion community across benefits, engagement, Giving- CSR, Wellness themes
- Run employee centric benefits which has direct impact on talent attraction and retention strategy
- Administer policies and benefits benchmarking and execute best practices
- Run FGDs, employee feedback sessions, Ask HR, helpdesks to capture maximum feedback
- Champion our culture, company mission, and values to internal and external communities
- Drive awareness and understanding of all total rewards programs
- Assess the effectiveness of current benefits and perks in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary
- Take an innovative approach, grounded in data, as you build, implement, and iterate on our total rewards philosophy and programs while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies
- Manage multiple employee programs and build sustainable scalable models through various events, webinars, and activities
- Collaborate with various employee resource groups and align on execution efforts
- Take a data-driven approach to benefits and engagement which includes driving survey results and measuring the impact and effectiveness of related programs continuously
- Influence and assist on internal and external communications tools to promote programs to employees and candidates alike
- Proactively run initiatives on Employee wellness Programs, policy changes, internal communications and Central engagement activities.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in program management, HR, or any customer-facing role where you've developed and executed programs to drive engagement, benefits management and data analytics
- Driven to Execution & High Agility Skills
- Thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates high emotional intelligence, exercise sound judgment, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Serve as liaison between HRBP Team, HR COE and employees; has strength in building relationships
- Experience in running initiatives on Employee wellness Programs, policy changes, internal communications and Central engagement activities.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal style and influence effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social media, internal communications, or Talent brand background are a plus
- Believes in the Customer and Solution Mindset
