About Client :- Our client is a US MNC and world's largest engineering company with employee strength of 1 Lac+ and turnover of $100 billion+.
Job Description :- Designs, develops, maintains, and administers compensation programs, systems and processes.
- In coordination with C&B global total rewards process owners develop and monitor local compensation and benefit strategies to maintain market competitive benefit programs.
- Provides internal consulting services on pay, job design and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters.
- Leads ad hoc project teams. Communicates with, educates and trains customers on compensation and classification matters.
- Coordinates enterprise compensation program approvals, deviations or changes.
- Understands benefits market and trends, implementation of new benefits/well being initiatives.
Job Specification :- 7+ years of experience in managing C&B function.
- Must have worked with American multinationals (matrix organization, etc- .)
- Flexibility to take regular evening calls
- Proven benefits experience (working with a Broker, understanding benefits market and trends, implementation of new benefits/well being initiatives)
- Experience of supporting senior leaders/ stakeholders
- Having had C&B responsibility across multiple countries
- Having worked in International projects teams
- Experience in relevant and reputed consulting firms
