JOB PURPOSE:
Supports end to end planning and execution of compensation budgets and programs. The position is also responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of specific components of complex compensation programs and initiatives ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Overall planning of compensation - Budgeting or forecasting ensuring inputs to relevant finance teams to build rate cards
- Designing & implementing Compensation Structure.
- Designs pieces of complex compensation programs resulting in significant and long term changes to the company's compensation offerings and policies ensuring optimal budget utilization.
- Work closely with Head-C&B on development and implementation of the total reward strategy to include: salary bench-marking, salary range creation, variable pay program design and administration, benefits management, annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review
- Drives resolution of compensation issues and independently makes recommendation for optimal solution in situations where issue is complex
- To lead the bench-marking of incentives programs and drive the design and implementation of the company's compensation philosophy for achieving higher productivity.
- Manages customer relationships with contacts from human resources, finance and business to build new relationships outside the team where appropriate.
