Urgently hiring for a leading manufacturing company.
- 6 years plus post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in leading or implementing process improvement methods and systems (Lean/Six Sigma) in a service function (Manufacturing industry, BPO/KPO, IT/ITes, service delivery etc.)
- Direct experience preferable in one or more functional areas of Accounts/Finance, HR, Sales or Sales coordination, with detailed knowledge of transactional processes.
- Hands-on implementation of starting and leading Lean methods (TPS) in an office environment, preferably as a leader or core member in a large implementation.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma from reputed institutes preferable.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, statistical software and flowcharting and other tools.
- Digital skills such as working with databases, visualization tools such Power BI, development tools such as Power Apps etc. desirable
