We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Must have experience in Business Development across globe with B2B selling environments including managing outbound lead generation teams, inside sales teams and enterprise sales teams. Experience includes solution selling, cloud services, international sales, selling to the C-suite, proactively managing business pipelines, and developing new sales channels.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Building a strong process driven environment for the Execution of various organizational functional objectives including direct sales, account management, alliances/channels, sales operations and business development
- Handle international sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth
- Must built a highly competitive sales team globally
- Set a strategic business development plan for the enterprise market
- Develop plan and implement effective global market in APAC, EMEA, US, for sales methods to meet all sales target
- Design plans to increase companys international marketing and ensure concentration on foreign market
- Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the Global market to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Conducting weekly forecasting meeting with sales management team.
- Coach, mentor and motivate the Sales Managers on people management and quota achievement
- Establish account relationships with key decision makers in CXO's to drive large deals forward.
- Should have handled a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of the ever-evolving technology market.
- Should have worked closely with the customer base to ensure they are successful using our solution, making sure they have technical resources required.
Education Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
