- Will be responsible for IT Infrastructure requirement fulfillment, project implementation, coordination between business, IT leads, IT Security Team and providing support to following IT Infra areas.
- Management and Support for following IT Infrastructure areas.
- Network, Firewall, NMS, Server-Storage, Virtualization and related components.
- Managing multi locational MPLS, Point-to-point, ILL, PRI, SIP trunk, Mobile VPN coordination with vendors for support, issue resolution.
- Implementing various controls in view of ISO 27001 (ISMS) standards and industry best practices.
- Should be aware of networking protocols and latest trends in networking like SD-WAN
- Coordination and support for Firewall and routers.
- Should be aware of Server Management (Windows & Linux Environment, Active Directory, Patch Management) and Virtualization Technologies, Unified Endpoint Management.
- Should be aware of Backup systems, disaster recovery and Business continuity concepts
- Exposure to Automation tools used for IT infrastructure Management.
- IT operations support
- Service delivery and SLA management as per ITIL

- IT & OT audit & compliance
- Maintain documentation and process control related to IT/OT audits
- Participate in security audits and fixing
- Candidate is expected to have good knowledge and understanding on following areas:
- Understanding of OT protocols and OT systems like SCADA, Smart meters, AMR, ABT system, Internet of Things (IoT), IT/OT convergence.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Networking concepts and protocols- TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and other common networking protocols.
- Knowledge and understanding of Server, server, database fundamentals, Windows and Linux server administrations, Virtualization technologies.
- Good understanding of ITIL process viz. Incident, Problem, Change Management

- Certifications of CCNA, Windows/Linux Administration, Certification on Cloud Technology, ITIL, Vmware or Virtualization, Project Management are preferred
