As a part of our rapid expansion plans in India, we have planned a multi-channel marketing campaign centered around brand building, reputation management, and customer acquisition (online + offline channels). We- re looking for an experienced lead to design and operationalize our marketing strategy and help build a full-fledged in-house marketing team.
What we care about:
- You have in-depth understanding of organizational marketing goals and strategy to target the right audience and identify the right channels to design the right marketing campaign.
- You have experience of creating a holistic marketing plan in mid to large-size start-up. Hands-on experience of creating content/marketing calendars previously would be desirable.
- You have experience of operationalizing marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness and devising SMART KPIs to accurately measure success, and suggesting regular tweaks.
- You have excellent understanding and grasp over digital media and marketing and are able to create digital campaigns with no outside help.
- You should have expertise of website optimisation for driving organic growth and analysing analytics reports.
- You have a strong existing network in media relations, including financial publications, digital properties etc.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years- experience as a Marketing lead in with a startup. Overall, between 5-8 years of overall marketing experience.
- Expertise in Digital and Social Media Marketing- Operational knowledge of running marketing campaigns on all digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube, Gmail/Outlook etc) is a must.
- Website optimisation, SEO, SEM, Social media analytics using platforms such as google analytics, keyword research, Google AdWords, paid search and all other relevant platforms.
- Experience with actual product launch and adoption. Understanding customer persona and latest trends to help create content viral.
