Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

- Maintain excellent client engagement and ensure high client satisfaction.

- Regularly interact with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring all deliverables on client mandates are met.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Content Development:

- Collaborate with clients to develop key messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.

- Create compelling and strategic content, including press releases, articles, and other materials based on client requirements.

- Ensure all content aligns with client objectives and maintains a high standard of quality.

Media Relations:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists across relevant media outlets.

- Pitch client stories and secure media coverage, ensuring positive visibility for clients in targeted publications.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage, generating regular reports to track the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 5-10 years in PR or servicing industry in an agency, with experience in advocacy, policy, or defense domains.

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Social Sciences, or Arts.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Previous work experience in a PR or media platform handling diverse clients.

- Strong writing and content creation skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
